ST ANDREW, Jamaica – OBSERVER ONLINE understands that there was a clash between People’s National Party and Jamaica Labour Party supporters at a polling station located at the Mountain View Primary

It is understood that incumbent Andre Hylton — St Andrew Eastern — who should have voted at 10:00 am at Mona High School is at the location.
